1. Fill two compatible bottles with purified, filtered, or spring water.
2. Add 15 drops of Activate to one liter.
3. Attach the VME between the bottles.
4. Create the vortex and complete the Full Spectrum Water process.

Compatible Bottles

The VME works with most standard plastic beverage bottles and many glass bottles with compatible threads.

Recommended glass bottles

• Mountain Valley Spring Water (34 oz.)
• Starkey Spring Water (34 oz.)

If using another glass bottle, make sure the threads fit easily without forcing the connection.

What's the difference between the Starter Kit and Starter Plus?

Why is Activate included?

Activate is designed to complement the VME by adding carefully selected ingredients to your water as part of the complete Full Spectrum Water process.
