• Natural Lithos Lepidolite
• Hand-gathered in the Southwestern United States

For Baths:

1. Place the crystals in your bath as the water fills the tub.
2. Relax for 20–30 minutes.

For Drinking Water:

1. Place the crystals beside your pitcher or water bottle, or hang the included mesh bag around the neck of your container.
2. For best results, allow several hours or overnight.

Recharge the crystals periodically by placing them in sunlight or directly on the Earth for 20–40 minutes.
